With a background in business and accountancy, he previously served as a dispatcher and IT lead for a plumbing and heating company. Jeremy is known for his practical, “fix the tractor” mindset, shaped by growing up on a farm and solving problems with whatever tools were available. Today, he applies that same approach to helping trade businesses simplify workflows and get measurable results from ServiceTitan.

Amie Wickenhauser is the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Crown Line Consulting. Known as the team’s “Chief Support Unicorn,” she brings a rare blend of sales, customer service, and operational expertise. With experience spanning retail sales, management, and administration, Amie has built a reputation for creating organized, detail-driven systems that keep businesses running smoothly. She leads Crown Line’s day-to-day operations, supports sales initiatives, and ensures clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience. Outside of work, Amie is a hands-on creator and problem solver. Whether it’s crafting, designing, or building alongside her family, she brings the same creativity and precision to everything she does—including their urban homesteading projects.

Steve Short brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience spanning live event production, executive management, and home services operations. In the service industry, Steve served as CEO of an evaporative cooling company and later led residential operations for a team of more than 100 employees. He combines operational discipline with creative thinking.

Lorenzo Plaath is a senior technology leader and ServiceTitan expert with decades of experience guiding large-scale digital transformation. Originally from South Africa, Lorenzo holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and began his career with the De Beers Group, where he led the development of a diamond lifecycle tracking and auditing system still in use today. He later transitioned into the home services industry, taking on IT leadership roles with organizations like Service Experts and Enercare. There, he led enterprise-level initiatives including platform selection, ServiceTitan implementation, and complex system integrations across multi-branch operations. Lorenzo brings deep, hands-on expertise in ServiceTitan—from initial evaluation and rollout to workflow design and optimization. His experience spans both executive strategy and real-world field operations, giving him a unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and the trades.

Rachel Young is a former home service business owner who understands the pressures of leadership from both the ownership and employee perspectives. After growing up in an entrepreneurial household, she and her husband purchased and operated an HVAC company in 2014. Rachel’s experience in every office role gives her the insight to be an implementer who develops strong teams and efficient systems.

Alejandro Guzman is the first and only Certified ServiceTitan Coach fluent in Spanish. He specializes in translating technical concepts into practical workflows that make sense for real-world operators. Raised in a bilingual household, Alejandro is fluent in English and Spanish and brings a natural ability for empathy, storytelling, and problem-solving.
